工作职责 responsibilities

2.负责小红书、微信工作号、官网、论坛等各类新媒体平台的内容撰写及平台运营
3.策划及执行线上线下的各类活动,拓展客户群体,增加公司曝光度,助力市场增量
4.与北美各大学校社团和学生组织建立并维护良好合作关系,加强社群互动并巩固品牌形象
Responsibilities
1. Develop marketing strategies based on company goals to enhance brand awareness and influence by understanding customer needs.
2. Responsible for content creation and operation on various new media platforms such as Xiahongshu, WeChat Official Account, official website, forums, etc.
3. Plan and execute various online and offline activities to expand customer base, increase company exposure, and drive market growth.
4. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with student organizations and clubs at universities across North America to strengthen community interaction and solidify brand image.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or related field preferred.
2. Excellent event planning and execution skills to drive market growth through successful implementation of offline activities.
3. Proficiency in social media operations, knowledge of market trends, good online presence, and experience in relevant new media operations preferred.
4. Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
